There are three types of deployment services offered for both the products Atom and Assist.

• On-Cloud
• Custom
• On-Premise

On-Cloud

In this type of deployment, the web, the communication and the blob storage used are on Imaginate servers

Custom

In this type of deployment, the web and communication server are Imaginate servers and the blob storage is client’s own Azure blob storage. For setting the blob storage, the client needs to provide the following information - Protocol, Account Name, Account Key, Blob URL, SAS Token.

On-Premise

In this type of deployment , all the servers (web and communication) are set up on the client’s physical premise. For the blob storage, the client may pick local storage or his own Azure as the data storage/repository option.

On-premise deployments can be either with internet or without internet.

With Internet

This means all servers deployed at client location can access the Atom/Assist app using an open-internet. Hence, the web dashboard URL provided by the client is accessible outside of their premise as well. Likewise, client can also access various sites on the internet (barring the firewall restrictions).

With Intranet

This means all servers deployed at client location can access the Atom/Assist app using only an intranet. Hence, the web dashboard URL provided by the client is not accessible outside of their premise. Likewise, client also cannot access any of the internet sites.

Since access to internet is restricted, certain features on Atom WILL NOT work.

• Realistic and Memoji avatars cannot be created since they are done at real-time using plug-ins
• Browser share from inside the app will not work
• Cognitive services like the speech-to-text, chat and ML Bot will not work
