- Make sure the earphone/headphone device is plugged in before running the application and not during runtime.
- Ensure basic checks are done and successful from the diagnostics/settings panel inside the app.
- The current build works only on Windows PC. Other OS are currently not supported. This is currently a “Work-in-Progress” in our product road map.
