Having issues with using Atom?

A checklist for things that need to be in order before one proceeds to use the Atom application:

• Build To Use
• App Version
• Internet Connectivity
• Server Connectivity
• Permissions

Additionally, you must ensure that you are able to log into Atom fine. If you are not, please see the pointers below:

• Regular Login
• SSO (single sign on)

The true test of whether a user is successfully able to use Atom is if he able to HOST (or JOIN) a meeting. If the user is stuck endlessly on a “loading” screen after he tries to host or join a meeting, it is very likely that server connectivity and internet connectivity (both points have been covered above) need to be checked.
