- pick a procedure to create a job associated with that procedure
- see new/completed jobs
- pick a procedure/job of your choice (by saying select item "x")
- start a job (after its content has been downloaded)
- start performing a job (conditional or sequential)
- sequential jobs
- choose to record the job or take notes instead (confirm/cancel)
- navigate through steps

- attach photos, videos, spoken notes for each step, as needed
- performs actions as requested by webhooks associated with certain steps
- call an expert
- allow expert to take your video feed or snapshot

Note (for RealWear):
- currently, Assist on the Realwear has the ability to show only ONE instruction
- currently, Assist on the Realwear does not show tools and machine parts that may be associated with a step
- currently, Assist on the Realwear does not allow a user to see connection statistic like packet loss, latency etc and only shows the user the strength of his internet connection
- Voice commands do not work after using the "dictation" option (this is an issue with the latest RealWear software update and we are following up with Realwear’s technical team for this)
- tip: by downloading the Realwear Explorer and installing it on your computer and then connecting your Realwear device to your computer, you can see contents of the app using the Explorer. Please note that for a field job, this cannot be used owing to (obvious) logistic challenges.
